Han Seung Woo, a former member of X1, is a crucial member of VICTON and has proven his capacity to adjust and excel in various group settings. However, he truly demonstrates the breadth of his creativity and the distinct charm that distinguishes him as a soloist in his solo endeavors.

Panorama.it had the chance to speak with him.

Let’s start talking about ‘FRAME’. How did you choose the name?

I thought that the emotions I could feel in life were like a frame of various shapes, so I built the album as a frame itself.

What kind of album is ‘FRAME’ from Seungwoo’s point of view?

FRAME is an album that contains music of various genres and expresses my own color; in many ways, it is an album where I can feel that I have become more mature than my previous works.

The title track is called Dive Into. How would you describe it?

Dive Into is a song that expresses what I, Han Seung-woo, am and shows that I can do well with the genre and performance that fans want.

How does it feel to return to work as an artist after being discharged from the military?

After a long hiatus, I think the biggest feeling at this point of starting over is ‘excitement’.

Did this new experience shape you in some way that would also impact your career?

I don't know what kind of impact it can have right now, but what's clear is that the more I will create albums that contain these emotions, the better my career will be.

How do you balance your life as Han SeungWoo, the idol, and Han Seung Woo, the 28-year-old man?

Now, even if I don't try to find a balance, I think I'm achieving a good balance instinctively. Han Seung Woo as an artist and Han Seung Woo as a 28-year-old man are still Han Seung Woo in the end.

I’m curious. Which song do you have on your playlist since forever? And which one is a new addiction that you can stop listening to?

Jay Park's songs are always on my playlist. It is because he is a senior who has greatly influenced me both musically and in life.

Who is Han Seung Woo now?

Today's Han Seung Woo is a person who struggles and worries the same way as everyone else.
